1. What ComunicaPro is

ComunicaPro automatically extracts the data from a deed PDF, presents it for mandatory human review and generates the XML file in the format accepted by the IMPIC portal. The service is paid per processed deed (credit system), with no mandatory subscription.

2. Nature of the service — preparation assistance, not submission

ComunicaPro assists in preparing data from the deed. The final accuracy of the data and the submission to IMPIC are the sole responsibility of the user.

The service does not submit filings to IMPIC, does not interact with the IMPIC portal on the user's behalf and never requests, stores or processes authentication credentials (Cartão de Cidadão, Chave Móvel Digital or digital certificates). Human review of all extracted fields is mandatory before the XML is generated.

3. Account and credits

Use requires an account (email-link or Google sign-in). Each credit processes one deed; purchased credits do not expire and are not refundable once consumed.

If extraction fails due to a service error, the credit is automatically returned.

4. Pricing and payment

The price is shown on the platform before purchase (€9 per credit, with discount packs). Payment is processed by Stripe; ComunicaPro does not store your card details.

5. Documents and retention

The deed PDF is stored encrypted only for processing and is automatically deleted after the retention period (7 days by default). The generated XML, corrections and audit log remain in the user's account.

6. Liability

The user is responsible for verifying all data before generating the XML and before submitting it to IMPIC. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComunicaPro is not liable for fines, sanctions or damages resulting from incorrect data submitted to IMPIC.
